Dimaland and Obamaland

No one talked about Brazil in the NATO summit in Lisbon. We see
partnerships recommendations to be made in Mediterranean countries,
EU, Eurasia, China, Russia, UN, Georgia, Ukraine and Other partners
cross the Globe where only Japan, Australia and New Zealand are
mentioned (Analysis and Recommendations of the Group of Experts on a
New Strategic Concept for NATO).

What about Atlantic South where Brazil and Angola and South Africa are
strongly emerging?

Probably because of the reasons you point out on your article ( http://tedstrategy.blogspot.com/2010/11/dilmaland-and-obamaland.html ) with
emphasis on currency issues where Brazil and China have the same
policy and areas of influence were South Atlantic is seen by Brazil as
its own.

You have made some really good points there. I looked on the internet
to find out more about the issue and found most individuals will
go along with your views on this web site.
